Delivery Information

We use FedEx for the majority of our deliveries. We reserve the right to ship via an alternative method. Rombouts Coffee GB Ltd. currently only delivers within the UK and The Republic of Ireland.

Standard UK Deliveries

We aim to ship all orders the following working day once the order has been placed, with delivery expected on the third working day following the order. We state 3 - 5 days (working days) on the order confirmation as this enables us to manage any fluctuating demand.

Minimum Order Value: Orders placed must be valued at £20 or above.

Free delivery above £30 (Standard UK Deliveries only*) – Orders below £30 will incur a delivery charge of £4.99.

All deliveries require a signature; please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package as the courier will not leave any parcels otherwise. The courier will attempt delivery three times for business addresses and once for residential addresses. The courier may attempt to leave your goods with a neighbour if possible. If delivery is not possible the courier will leave a card and the customer will be required to arrange the delivery.

*Non-Standard UK & Ireland Deliveries - Updated 15^th February 2021

Some Postcode areas, including UK Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands (AB, BT, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE) are excluded from Free Standard UK Deliveries due to the cost of our FedEx courier service. 

Postcode Areas: AB, BT, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, HS & FK - Standard Delivery 3-5 Days Charged at £11.99 Inc. VAT for orders up to £59.99. FREE delivery for orders of £60.00 or over. 

Postcode Areas: IM, TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24 & TR25 - Standard Delivery 5-10 Days Charged at £21.99 Inc. VAT - There is currently no Free delivery option for these postcodes.

Postcode Areas: JE & GY- Standard Delivery 5-10 Days Charged at £24.99 Inc. VAT  - There is currently no Free delivery option for these postcodes.

Ireland - Standard Delivery 5- 10 Working Days: £21.99 Inc. VAT - There is currently no Free delivery option for this destination.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland uses our standard delivery service at a flat rate charge of £21.99 Inc. VAT. Although there may be a slight delay due to the ongoing Brexit transitions, we are can now re-instate deliveries to the Republic of Ireland.

Next-Day Courier Delivery UK Mainland Only: Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Next-Day delivery option at this point in time.
